I'm telling you there is we1ghtloss magic in these vitamins

About six months ago I switched to Centrum Ultra for Women vitamins. When I switched I started losing weight hand over fist. I posted about it and everyone said it's not the vitamins. When they ran out I changed to my regular vitamins because they were on sale. So last Friday I ran out of vitamins and the Centrum Ultra's were on sale so I bought them again. I'm telling you there is something up with these vitamins! I am trying to maintain, eating more carbs than normal, it's that time of the month and I lost four pounds in two days. What is up with that?! I'm loving whatever it is but I really think there is something going on with these vitamins. Anyone else take them and notice a change when first taking them?

I think you are just a well oiled machine!! I give you the credit not the vitamins But everyone should take at a multi everyday

I take them, but haven't noticed much other than simply feeling better. I also take a B-complex and have found if I forget, I have a big lack of energy.

I've never heard of vitamins helping to speed up weight loss.
To clarify, I've heard "claims" of it... But never experienced or witnessed it.

But like Umpa says, we should all be taking a multivitamin (with minerals) each day.

Its just weird because it happened the last time I took them as well. Strange, right??

I think Maddysmom tried them after the last time that this conversation was brought up and didn't see any changes. I'd love to know if anyone else tries it and finds that it helps them....I've just bought my multi vitamin, but may switch to the other one when this bottle runs out.

I tried them and took the whole bottle, but didn't notice anything happening any faster for me.  Next time I will just take one per day.      Gotcha!!!    ha ha ha    You know, I am out of them right now, I may give them another try.  This time I want to order them from somewhere in Orlando!!!

LOL you're so funny! I'll send you a bottle from my local target if you want.  I just think it's really weird because I'm still losing and I never lose when I'm PMSing.

I just figured there must be something "special" about the batch being sold in that area!  ha ha  Orlando...Magic Kingdom, Magic vitamins...??   Just kidding.   They carry them everywhere here, so I'll grab another bottle this week and start taking them again.  Sure can't hurt!
