What I love about this "Lifestyle" is that you can always find something to eat, even at Sonic!  Lunch today - New York Dog (no bun).  All beef hot dog, kraut, onions & mustard.

For all the newbies out there who think that they will be giving up foods they enjoy... Food we can enjoy is EVERYWHERE!
And those carb-loaded foods we used to eat, we replace with low-carb alternatives.
So we really don't miss anything!

This FTS lifestyle is truly the BOMB!!! ;D ;D ;D

Our local Sonic sends out email coupons every week!  I pick it up sometimes for the family, but I'm going to get ME one of those hotdogs SOON!  Thanks Amber!!!

Thanks everyone!  ;D 15 pounds feels great and dropped me a pant size which is nice! Our Sonic is great about leaving the BUN off when I ask.  I always makes me laugh though when they ask, do you want fries...no thank you!
