Amber,

It only takes about half a day lol but it also forced me to be more aware of all those CARBS in my pantry and refrigerator.  My hubby isn't is as heavy as I am so he is forced to finish the last of those nasty high carbs we couldn't throw away or give away.  Once they are gone and we are only using low and zero carbs he won't have to suffer high carbs anymore....have fun reorganizing

PS the high carbs go on those shelves I can't reach anymore without a stool ha!
