I have been posting pictures and lots of updates about my new life on facebook. I have been also telling everyone that I work with who is interested and lots of friends at church. One of the ladies that goes to my church and is on facebook sent me this message today:

"Your sucess has made it to Tampa, my aunt went and bought the book Fat to Skinny...I need to get it also. Be praying for her she has a lot of blockages in her arteries...70% blocked. She has some tests coming up....she is only 4 years older than me!! like my sister not my aunt."

HOW COOL IS THAT? I told her to tell her aunt about Sami's Bakery in Tampa! Can you imagine living so close you could drive there and buy that stuff FRESH??? LUCKY!!!

i love Samis bakery! Its a full service middle eastern deli on one side and the other side is the big ovens, the bakery. The smell is awesome!!And of course right next door is the Big Lots!

Hey Umpa! I've lost 8lbs.!! Like yall said, once you start loosing the weight, it just keeps on falling off! Sooo cool! Thanks again! I've got yall plastered all over my facebook account! lol... ;DThanks again for your book!!

Yeah, Umpa!!! To win the lottery!!!! hahaha...I'll share? Not yet, but, thanks for asking! So far, so good!! Pretty cool book! Once ya get the hang of it!!  I really don't miss the old way of eating at all! It's hard to believe just thinkin back at how we used to eat! Literally stuffing ourselves at all you can eat places. Now, we can barely finish a plate of food! haha...we just save it for the next night! (oh and I love all my new buddies on facebook!! It's cool, finally seeing what everybody looks like!)

Great job everybody!  I'm right there with ya'll, finishing a plate of food is hard anymore.  To think of all the food I used to eat just amazes me!  Where did I put it all, LOL!
