I am here to tell the world that FTS needs to be the lifestyle for trillions of people out there:)).. especially diabetics... I am staying the course with the 20 carbs a day and am here to report that I haven't been injecting myself eight times a day with insulin...I pretty much don't take any insulin at all. and my blood pressure is normal..
