Spinach question --

I know there's lower carbs in fresh spinach than spinach you boil, but what about pan-frying it? Does that change the carb count drastically?

Don't make yourself crazy ;) Just use the carb counts in the fat to skinny books

That's my problem -- I don't have my book right now. I gave it to a good friend, who just recently emailed me and said her blood pressure is down considerably and her doctor won't be putting her on meds like he said he would.

So, I'm going off what I can find online and those numbers vary a lot from fresh to cooked. I just didn't know if pan-fry/saute would change it as drastically as boiling.
