The sweeteners here are Maltodextrin and Sucralose(Splenda) It looks to me like they have counted the sugar alcohols as sugar and listed it twice. It's a bit confusing ...no surprise there. It's actually the Maltodextrin added to the Sucralose which gives Splenda it's 24 carbs per cup.

My rule is when in doubt count the carbs, I'd count each one as two carbs coming from the Maltodextrin.

    I have been just adding 2 small packets like the ones from Starbucks. I I'm going to go get some xylitol today if I can find it.
