La Nouba SF Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
« on: August 09, 2011, 10:27:21 AM »
I found this spread when shopping at a store called Sugarless Delite (they also have a website www.sugarlessdelite.com)
It is .75 net carb for 1 tbsp. OMG it is sooo yummy! It takes just like Nutella, although it is not as thick a spread as Nutella. Of course, the price is not exactly cheap, but if you are a Nutella fan, this should really fix up those cravings for you!

TexasTwinMama, I can't help but notice your sweet tooth  ::) Remember, if your weight loss stalls the first thing I want you to cut back on are the sugar free sweets, in the meantime keep the finds coming :)

So far I have lost 3 pounds in a week- that is the best I have ever done on ANY plan, so I am excited! If I start to stall though, I know the first place to cut back on  :D

Hi Beth! :)

I was just checking that website you shared and found a Low Carb Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake... And it's only $64.99!!! :o :o :o

For that much cash, it better be the best cheesecake ever made!
Maybe one that would rival a cheesecake from Johnny's Bakery in New York city.
They too are pricey. But have a worldwide reputation for their cheesecakes.

BTW, what was the name of that spread that tastes like Nutella?

Hey! It is La Nouba Chocolate Hazelnut Spread  ;D
And as for those cheesecakes- good golly that is expensive! Better to find your own low carb recipe at that point!

Hi Beth! :)

FYI...

If your local store ever runs out... I found this spread at Netrition.com for only $4.49 a bottle.
http://www6.netrition.com/lanouba_chocolate_spread.html

They do have flat rate shipping at $4.95.
So ordering it with other items (or several bottles at a time) makes sense.

Thanks again for the tip! ;)

Maybe that cheesecake is so expensive because its homemade and specially shipped. I know places here in Montana that sell homemade huckleberry pies. They're reasonable when you buy them in the shop, but if you want them shipped, you're going to pay dearly for them.

I've been curious about the hazelnut spread. I just don't know what I'd eat it on. Well ... besides a spoon, of course.  ::) ::) ::)

Actually Umpa, I do both plus drink lots of water.

I have a bran crisp  with cream cheese (or Beanit Butter) each morning with my coffee and a fiber supplement twice a day.
And after my coffee, I drink water all day and evening.

Since I've been doing this, I have not had one instance of constipation! ;)
