:)I know I haven't lost as much weight as some of you, but I am soooo happy with what I have lost. Almost all that belly and chubby fat is gone. I'm still at 143.5. I live alone so it's easy for me not to have the "bad" stuff around.
I do regular high carb cooking for a ranch. Twice a week at noon I put a huge meal on their table for all the workers and immediately family of theirs. Mash potatoes/chicken fried stk/cream pies/home-made bread/home-made salads. Lots and lots of carbs.
I take my sugar free snacks with me, eat the meat without the gravies or breading, I eat green salads and acceptable veggies. I stick with my own way of eating and it's working. Munch on carrots, etc. while I'm cooking. Keeps me from sampling. They are all still fat/over-weight/stuffed with carbs/sluggish and sleepy after they eat and I'm small and slender and feeling great!
