Blah.  So much going on lately.  Stressed out.  Went out of town for the weekend and cheated (carefully, lol) for two days.  I actually LOST a pound, don't ask me how...I think I ate less calories maybe somehow....I just had a bite of this and that at a cookout...knew I shouldn't have, but, again, stressed.  Then tonite, I cheated again so unnecessarily....and after, I was like, that wasn't even GOOD....two of my kids sugary holiday cakey things...and it wasn't even worth it...

On a brighter note, I'm 23 pounds down.  I've only lost a pound this week.  I don't think I've been getting enough sleep/rest in general with traveling and being sick/sick baby.  Hoping my weight loss picks up a bit!!!  I also have gotten two more people to start the plan. YAY!

I too, had a majorly stressed out weekend -- not fun.  :'(

Thanks....mine has just begun I am afraid.......husband leaving town, hectic kid schedule, my mom has surgery tomorrow and i'm in a wedding on the 18th........i need some serious help but there is none  :(

Stress can certainly throw us all off track...be careful of the sugary stuff Ruth, hate to see you start cravings again  :o Congrats on getting a couple friends on the FTS program  8)
