Oh yes, I understand that. The sides of cupcake are in the paper too, so that helps. If I cook without the papers the outsides would form and keep it moist inside.

Umpa made this again last night, it's my absolute fav cake....VERY moist and chocolatey! Try it for the holidays  8)
