I am physically handicap at this time to the point I can only stand up for under 5 minutes. But I have been trying to make myself move more and get up and walk down around the house, and do more chores from my task chair, to keep busy etc... I also have a 'sit and be fit cd' I have been planning to start using.
I am living for the day when I can take long walks again, oh how I pray that day comes, I miss that so much, nothing more I love than to take a long walk or go to a mall or flea market and walk around. Don't ever take that for granted if  you are able to do so.  I have not been in a mall since 1995 when I hurt my back.:(
