I found the recipe for the cauliflower popcorn and I just posted it under the snack section of recipes on the forum. I have not tried it yet but the picture on the recipe sure looks good. ;D I had cut it out of a magazine and saved it a year or so ago. I plan to make it this Saturday.

Hi Joey, welcome to the family buddy. What you may not realize is I wrote FAT TO SKINNY for you my friend and for all the other kids who are overweight. I grew up as the FAT kid and it wasn't any fun  :( I wrote the book in a way that young people could understand and hopefully enjoy reading. With your help Joey we can change other young peoples lives early on so they can avoid the health issues and social issues associated with being the FAT kid. Keep up the good work and don't forget to................
