BIG NEWS!

Hi everybody,

It's been a while since I have posted, life is good, and FTS is making it even Better!  Joe (my son) who has been doing FTS for about 7 weeks now I think Anyway, the big news is that in that amount of time, Joey has lost a total of 26 pounds!!!

I'm not quite to my 15 pound mark yet, but I'm working on getting to my goal.

Hoorah!!!!  Give Joe a "big" hug for his big loss....he flew right by me LOL and have been doing this since July!  I better watch out, you're right on my heels too!  Congratulations to both of you.   :D

Hey Suz,

Your doing great!  It's not easy I know it, but we're in such a better place now.  Good luck and just remember we have each other to lean on.

You've been missed around here.

You and Joey are really rocking with FTS. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

And don't worry about Joey passing you... He has two things working to his advantage:
1) Youth (Young people burn TONS of ENERGY very quickly.)
2) Testosterone (This hormone speeds up the metabolism).
