Umpa & your protein shakes

Hi Umpa, was just wondering what kind of "stuff" ;D you put in your protein shakes? The ones we see in the stores are loaded with carbs! Also, what's the difference between dill weed and dill seed??

I use Bobs Red Mill soy protein powder it is zero carb.I either put strawberries,beanit butter or a squirt of chocolate syrup.Sometimes all three!You will need to add sweetener to it though.I use fresh dill.I will ask doug to answer your question about the dill ;)

Hi Steph, Dill weed are the leaves of the plant...dill seed are the seeds....crushed dill seeds have a stronger flavor than the dill weed. If you want to use the dill weed buy it fresh, the dried herb is very weak in flavor  ;)

@Umpa and Doug, thanks for the tip! He uses it for the fish. The only way the kids and I can eat fish, is fat to skinny style, bbq porkrhinds and on the fryin pan! So good that way. He can eat fish, dang near out the bag! LoL...
