Hi guys! So, for a long time I've been at 204, which I'm not complaining one bit(well, maybe a little)last night, my stomache wasn't feeling too good, so I only ate half of what I had in the bowl, and was miserably full. and got on the scale, and it moved! Woohoo. So, I've made some adjustments in eating, and the scale is finally moving again!! ;D

LoL...Sure thing Marty! I've been realizing, the regular amounts I've been eating(which I thought were that of a bird!)I've been overly stuffed! So I cut it back to eating only half a plate, like Doug said! I'm starting to think Doug knows what he's talking about! haha...

"Miserably full", huh? I wonder what that feels like. I NEVER feel full. I walked by a section of donuts at Walmart yesterday and said to Rick, "I bet I could eat that WHOLE case and still not be full." He just laughed and told me to give a try. Man, I wish I could. I wonder why some people feel "full" and others don't. I used to ... just don't anymore.

Rena you should take a day and eat until you're full. You can do that and still stay under 20 carbs. Have eggs, pitas, a huge steak or something, it will fill you up. Come to my house, we'll feed ya and I guarantee you'll be Thanksgiving full. I'll even make you eat pumpkin cheesecake when you're bursting! :)
