Hi gang!
I found this recipe yesterday at the bottom of a kitchen drawer and decided to make it last night using Talipia.
It was wonderful!
Hey, Doug and Umpa... If you have any bass fillets still hanging around, this would be a fabulous way to prepare them.
If you do, please let me know what you think.

Broiled Parmesan White Flesh Fish
Makes four (4) servings.
Entire recipe has just under 4 net carbs.
Ingredients:
2 lbs any White Fish Fillets
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup Salted Butter
4 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Basil (fresh ground is best!)
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/8 tsp Onion Powder
1/8 tsp Ground Celery Seed
Seasoning Salt
Directions:
1. Start oven broiler and allow it to reach broil temperature (gas ovens are instant).
2. Line a shallow pan with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Place butter in a microwave safe bowl and melt in microwave oven.
4. After butter melts, add Parmesan cheese, mayo, lemon juice, and other seasonings to melted butter and blend well.
5. Arrange the fillets in a single layer on the foiled pan.
6. Season fish with a little seasoning salt of your choice.
7. Broil a few inches from the heat for about 2-4 minutes (depending on fillet thickness).
8. Turn the fish over, and broil a couple minutes more.
9. Remove from oven and cover the fillets with the Parmesan mixture.
10. Return to oven and broil for about 2 minutes more or until the topping is golden brown and the fish flakes easily.
Bon Appetit!
