Nut butter?
« on: November 16, 2011, 11:55:52 PM »
Does anyone use cashew or almond butter as a treat (100% natural, nothing but nuts and oil, maybe salt)?  I wonder if it would be good on a breakfast OMM?

Cashews are a bean ,not a nut, wicked high in carbs! there are some beautiful nut butter out there but check carbs. There is a macadamia one I love! ;)

I knew about the peanut, but not about the cashew!  :o
Wow, that is crazy, have to share that secret. I'll look for the macadamia butter.  Mac cookies were a favorite of mine, so I bet I will like the butter too! :)

Nope.Just gotta measure them.Fat to skinny works so well Jess because we have replacements for everything. That way you are not removing foods to lose weight and then after you lose the weight adding them back in.We have broken that cycle. Its a lifestyle change. There are no foods to add back in. ;)You get 20 carbs a day to spend as you like.
