Qdoba Tortilla Soup
« on: November 11, 2011, 10:03:37 PM »
Hi Umpa!  :)
One of my favorite soup is the tortilla at Qdoba. I like to have chicken and cheese added to it.  I looked at the nutritional content for a 10 oz serving....6 net carbs with 2 grams of sugar...I imagine it's got lime juice in it, plus juice from tomatoes ( http://www.qdoba.com/Calculator.aspx#).  Do you have a tortilla soup conversion?  I think it might be different from taco soup.
Thank you!!   :D

i don't think anything is wrong with the 6 carbs per serving because its a meal not a side dish.Do they actually put tortillas in it?Because if the do its not 6 per serving.I think Marty posted a tortlla soup recipe I will check and if not will make one. ;)
