We were traveling on turkey day.We normally do cuban food for thanksgiving.Did your kids like it? :)

Rick did, but the rest of the family prefers the jellied type, so they ate that. It turned out just as good as the last time I made it from scratch using sugar. It's just the combo of cranberries and Xylitol, so you have to be careful with portions or you feel it in your belly later! Ack!

I usually cut the xylitol in half for most recipes,some 1/3.Always start with a 1/3 and taste and add more if needed. ;) I don't get tummy problems from xylitol ;)

You know, I'll try cutting it in half for the sauce I'll make for Christmas. It was way sweet enough. I guess between the berries, Xylitol, and turkey, things just weren't looking good for my poor digestive tract. Christmas is no better with ham -- ugh. Rick's been talking about doing prime rib again, or some sort of beef, which might be better.
