I know this may sound crazy:) but since I love to write, I have decided to keep a food journal. Mainly of when I am feeling stressed and when the cravings kick in so maybe I can beat the system?

Excellent idea Strucker. "Carb Creep" is a dangerous enemy of ours and sneaks up silently. Keeping your journal will make you 100% in tune with your intake....love it!  8)

Hi, Stephanie! :)

A journal helped me reach my goal.

I learned so much about why I was eating the way I was, I was amazed!
So much eating was done almost unconsciously,
But when I became aware of it, I could change course.
