I like a blend too of pork(italian sausage out of the wrappers)chicken and beef for meatballs and meatloaf.The chicken can also be substituted with turkey.

I like buying the ground chicken since it just doesn't feel heavy after eating it.. I'm not a beef person so this makes it easy for me.. plus it doesn't have any antibiotics.. yay

I use onion powder which has less carbs than a regular onion..
I also use garlic powder that has 0 carbs and offers a good taste...
1 egg from sunny meadows 0 carbs

mix it all up and and make the meatballs and let the crockpot cook them.. It has been a great thing to have around this week...
