My liver enzymes came back elevated on my last yearly physical in sept ...My doctor says i possibly have a fatty liver due to obesity and i need to lose weight...does anyone else have a fatty liver and has your enzymes enzymes gone back to normal after losing weight?

I knew someone that had a fatty liver her numbers were high & she also was having a litle pain ,doc told her to go on diet . After she lost like 30 pounds and she quit hurting . Her numbers had went down when she had it checked again .

FTs has made all numbers go down for me & I think everyone else here also . Just stick with it  ;D

Welcome Von!
You'll have your numbers where you want them in no time!  I've been on FTS for 9 months now.  When I started in March I was over 200lbs (at 5'4"), just diagnosed as prediabetic and cholesterol at 300.  I'm now into the 160s, no longer prediabetic and cholesterol is down to 239 (as of end of August).  This works!!  And it's just not that hard to make the change...once you get through detox you'll be flyin high!!  The forum is a huge source of inspiration for me.  Even if I don't post frequently, I still log on daily.  These are people who are doing what you are doing.  They have the ups, the downs, the success and the failures same as you!  But everyone speaks out to help everyone push through.  Although this lifestyle is absolutely doable I'm not sure I could have done what I have without them here supporting me every step of the way.  Love you guys!!!
So ask lots of questions and take your first steps forward.  We'll be here!
