If you stick to FTS you will get off the diabetes meds that is for sure

Love redheads! :D I am Umpa,Dougs wife if I can help you please  ask.Stick to the plan and you will be spending all the money you spend on metformin on new clothes!I have a column on the homepage called ask umpa where I can convert your favorite foods to fat to skinny friendly!
