I printed the fat picture out in glossy color so I can put it on my refrigerator. Not that I dip in the fridge often, but it's central in the kitchen and will be a good reminder when I'm bored and start rooting around for some snacks. Isn't it funny - if you look at it and imagine it's something like vanilla pudding, it's fine, but tell yourself that it's fat and your mouth goes wonkers and you shudder! :D
