We share our birthday on the 2nd of September. What a special treat Dad got for fathers day that year. Mum didn't know she was having quads till 8 months pregnant. The doctors told her it was twins. Surprise!!! Need a bigger house nooooow.  Dad though it was a bit late for an April fools joke!

That's funny how your regular 20min shopping trip took you over an hour. I remember doing the same thing. In fact, I still take longer if I'm in a new store and looking around for anything low-carb that I might not have seen elsewhere.

Sounds like you're doing great. :)

Hi I'm back, had the best time. Showed my sister my book which she read cover to cover. She and I went though her pantry, cupboards and fridge. We also went grocery shopping. Well I did, she meet someone she knew and talked and talked. Brought her some  supplies. She likes the crackers as much as I do. I'll by her a copy of the book from fishpond and post it to her. I feel very lucky in the last 2 weeks to have started the lifestyle plan, meet all you lot and now have a sister doing it to. She is so keen and I know she will succeed in this. We are not competing but I'll just keep tabs!!  Catch you again soon, Curtain Girl
