I am getting my list together too Sweeties.  It has helped to look at the forum topic about recommended products that other members like to use.  I am thinking lots of protein products, greens, nuts & healthy fats and we should be good to go.  I am going to detox my kitchen though.  I think that it'll make all the difference in the world to not have temptations lurking in the cabinets & fridge.  Good Luck!!!

Hi Sweeties,

you will see that once you get use to eating NO SUGAR/LOW CARB that you actually get fuller quicker.. as for the pantry clean up, that  can be dangerous.. I found myself tasting this and trying that and before you know it, you can loose focus..
that's why for NY I told everyone to enjoy whatever they wanted because I was cleaning the pantry and I did...They are doing so well too.. I have also made a point to cook what they like but with replacements... the bakery book has helped me out a lot now..I didnt bake before because I work full time, went to school part time and have 4 kids...

I seem to he having trouble getting a few items like almond flour. I would like to cook my eggplant in some sort of flour so is there a different flour I can use? I just started this morning so I am a bit tired. Making a pork roast and grilled zucchini and squash. There is not much in my publix so I will be off to tampa as soon as I can. Thanks all

In two weeks your energy level will be through the roof! What are you trying to make with the eggplant?Try health food stores for the Now brand Almond flour. If they carry Now vitamins which they all do,they can get the almond flour. ;)

does any one know how I get my pin number to get on the ticker? I am on my 4th day and lost 5 lbs and I am eating well. Stopped looking for hard to get items and went on line and ordered them and it was actually cheaper. thanks
