Back on track

Soooo after battling my first tom since doing this I feel ready to get back on track. I stayed on the plan, but had 2 days where I went over my 20 carbs by about 2-3. Not great, but hey can't beat myself up...I knew that week was going to be hard. Soo back to basics this week...going on vacation to see my husband (due to work he is out of state this year) next week so hoping I can have a good week. :)

That's the right attitude.  Look ahead.  You can't change the past but you can learn from it.  You'll be prepared next month.
