Who wants a bean burrito?

I love bean burritos from Taco Bell, and this is a great substitute!

Cut up a hotdog in a bowl, add a tablespoon of hot dog chili (2 g carbs), and a little bit of shredded cheese. Warm in the microwave for 90 seconds. Add a tablespoon or less (or none, to taste) of chopped onions. Stir and then put in a low carb tortilla and eat it like a burrito. My brain literally thought I was being BAD...eating a bean burrito...it's so good!

You need to find Black Soy beans.I buy them in North Carolina at the Food Lion in the organic food sections. We have cuban food at thanksgiving and they are wonderful! You can make bean dip, burritos, whatever you like. They don't get mushy. And they are  low. ;)
