Candy peanut butter cups

   I pulled this off a nutrition site for the Russell stovers peanut butter cups. about the size of a half dollar and 1/2 inch thick. how is it, it has no sugar and still has 17.2g carbs.will the carb in this raise BG levels.i think they will set me off. i couldn't read the ingredients on the label to blurry.

Owensmath is right you are missing the sugar alcohols.

I really like the ones I make at home the best! I use Umpa's recipe for SF chocolates with coconut and I add peanut butter..........mmmmm.......mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. good!!!!!  Oh, and none of the issues that Beebs had to deal with recently! : )

That's the label copied from the page. I am done with store bought from now on. If I don't know whats in it I ain't eating it. I will make it from scratch.

Thats what i do Phil.I make it myself that way I don't settle, I get exactly what i want.
