I'm back, and loving it

After a few weeks of being really down and feeling low, I'm back. One week done and 3kg down (6.5 lbs). I feel back to how I should. Thanks guys for giving me the lift I needed. We have a saying here when something big is about to happen. "Were on the Verge" Well I'm on the verge and I can't wait. Curtain Girl

I've had the best time with my sisters. We swapped clothes, kitchenware and allsorts. We laughed and had the best time. We all took a plate and had some really lovely food. I'm sorry to say that the fourth sister still is not convinced of FTS. I think that she is just not ready. I'm going to give her my copy of the book and buy the new copy for me. Louise and I went for a great ride on our bikes the next morning and talked about how well she was doing. I'm proud of what my sisters have achieced and also proud of myself. For me 10 pds gone forever.

Thanks guys, I couldn't have done it without you. Big cycle races on today, 20kms for me, racing with my son. My husband is doing the 75km ride. I'm not ready for that yet. It's going to be a beautiful sunny, warm FTS day.

Great ride, came in just behind my 10yr old. He was the first Junior cyclist home. Proud of him.  I've made more of the crackers using Ground LSA and tasty cheese. Yummity yum yum. Since FTS my home always smells nice.
