How Much Protein A Day Is Enough???

Most Personal Trainers will advise their clients to consume 1. 5 grams of protein a day for every pound of weight... especially if you are working out.

In your book I have not seen a guideline (unless I've overlooked it) which  states how much protein for a man or woman.

Any suggestions and direction on this?

I eat protein at every meal. I don't think there is a fixed number because all people are different and have different activity levels.You cannot overdo protein because it is very filling.You need to feed your muscles that is what your trainer is trying to tell you.I am a big believer that your body will crave what it needs.
