Look For The Sigh to stop overeating
« on: April 16, 2012, 02:22:29 PM »
Hi Everyone,
A lady who was looking for the non-diet Bonios Plan video and audio program (used) turned me on to Fat to Skinny after I shared with her my hard copy by e-mail of the Basic Principles of the Bonios Plan that I had downloaded several years ago. It has since disappeared online.

I thought it was just what I needed to get the emotional part of myself out of the overeating equation, but as a person who is highly carbohydrate intolerant, eating anything you want no matter how much you think it through is never going to work.

Now that I know the real problem, the most basic part of the Bonios Plan works. Eat when you are hungry, stop when you are no longer hungry.  And you want to know how you know when your body is telling you it's no longer hungry?  You SIGH. Yep, it's that simple.  Try it out.

Drink plenty of water and get plenty of sleep.

All the best,
Ann B

I thought I'd heard of all of the diets so the Bonios Plan is new to me. I'm glad that I don't have to search anymore.

I hope your joining us means that your search has ended, too.

Exactly, FTS is for me. Just wanted to share that looking for the sigh helps me stop eating. This is the best forum I've ever read, participated in. No whining, just looking for answers, AND receiving them.  Answers that actually work.

All the best,
Ann B
