Wow! last night I thought I found a treasure with pumpkin seeds with 2 net carbs for a 1/4 cup! I guess I need to get in the habit of ordering online items. I made a brocolli slaw with olive oil. white wine vinegar and zero. then added a T of pumpkin seeds it was yummy!

Sounds yummy Ordering online saves time and gas money but everything you need is in the grocery store

Are these in a 4 oz bag?  I contacted our Sendik's store, which was on the Eden store locator, and all they had were 4 oz bags for $3.55.  Does this sound right to you?

At the Dollar tree they have Davids Pumpkin seeds which are 4 carbs for a 2.25 ounce bag which they say is 1 serving I say  for 2 servings .That makes them 2 carbs per serving.
