Hi Millie   I hate to say it but sometimes it happens  :P Usually when I'm not eating enough fiber for a couple of days.   Here is a recent discussion we had on the subject   http://www.fattoskinny.net/index.php?topic=4360.15

The best thing that I find that helps me is to
1. be sure I'm drinking plenty of water
2. Increase my fiber intake (veggies and flax can go a long way to keep things moving)
3. I also added a fiber supplement
4. when all else fails...go to the sugar free chocolate  ;)

Lots and lots of water. Also I have used miralax in the past or now that I'm maintaining a little bag of Sugar Free candy seems to do the trick too.

I agree!  If you eat a little bag of the Russell Stovers sugar free chocolate.....stay close to the house.    :D
