Of course you can have Almond Joy candy bars Millie, here's the FAT TO SKINNY recipe from Page 255 of the FAT TO SKINNY Sugar Free Bakery Book.
Ingredients
4 squares unsweetened bakers chocolate
½ cup Xylitol or 24 drops of FAT TO SKINNY Zero Sweetener for sugar alcohol free candy
½ cup heavy whipping cream
½ cup unsweetened coconut
Mini muffin pan and liners (makes 20)
Topping
¼ cup coconut to sprinkle on top or whole almonds for almond joys
Directions
1. Line mini muffin pan with mini muffin liners.
2. Melt 4 squares of unsweetened baker’s chocolate in a double boiler.
3. Add sweetener, mix well.
4. Add ½ cup heavy cream, mix well.
5. Fold in ½ cup unsweetened coconut.
6. Remove from heat fill up liners with chocolate mixture and sprinkle tops with coconut topping or set in a whole almond for Almond Joy Candy.
7. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
TIP– Leave in fridge and take out 15 minutes prior to eating. If chocolate gets too thick add hot water 2 tablespoons at a time mixing well in between until you reach desired consistency.
