yup phil...i'll join:) and hey just to be clear,i didnt want to exercise either,but once you put it into your daily routine,well to be honest you make time for it because you kinda feel a NEED to do it everyday..its addicting...like sugar USED to be

Well, here's a thought Phil, post a general post for all to see that explains how cool your idea is and that you started it in the Bear Den....maybe one of the ladies will start their own I can tell you honestly I never go into the girly girl board. I leave them to their privacy.
