Wheat is nasty stuff. It will take a while for your body to stop craving it. The best sub for phsychological cravings (I've found) is to use substitutes. I LOVE the 5 minute brownie, minute muffin, doughnut muffin, coconut oil candy, and a good burger. Give your body some subs and what it needs and it will heal itself.
