Miracle noodles? Anyone tried these?

Many of us have!... I love 'em!
They take on the flavor of whatever they're served with. They're almost pure fiber, too!

In fact, Miracle Noodles is an advertiser on this forum.
If you watch the side bar on the right, you'll occasionally see an oriental girl holding a bowl of them.

Konjac Glucomannan noodles must be drained and rinsed well before serving.
Otherwise, they have a "fishy" aroma right from the package.

What I do is drain & rinse the noodles several times in a colander.
Then, put in a bowl and nuke for a minute.
Then, rinse a couple of times again.
Then, put in back in the bowl and nuke for another minute.
Then, rinse a couple of times again.
And finally, use in a recipe or just heat and serve them with a nice low carb sauce.
