Any recipe for vegetables?

I am not a great cooker but still learning how to cook.  I admit I am not good at cooking vegetables. I need simple recipe for any vegetables like spinach, green bean, etc.  Thanks!

Hi Audra!

Another simple idea is to steam cauliflower for about 4 minutes.

Just put a steamer basket in the bottom of a pan with lid.
Add just enough water to NOT touch the cauliflower.
Place lid on top.
Turn on the stove to medium-high heat.
When it begins to steam, start the timer and IMMEDIATELY lower heat to medium so it won't boil over.
Keep a close eye on it as you'll likely need to reduce the heat a couple of times.

After 4 minutes, remove from heat.
Put in bowl and add some softened butter, garlic salt, and some fresh ground pepper.
Gently stir and serve... YUM!

This works equally well with broccoli too!
Or put some of both in the pan for a cauli-broc mix.

Yes it's under sides and snacks    There are a lot of wonderful recipes on the forum

Look in general discussion too we just did a garden goodness contest.I am still cooking to pick a winner last recipe is being cooked today.
