Hi! How did you lose the weight? One pound everyday or couple pounds-stall-couple pounds? Thanks!

I lost quickly and consistently for the first month.  After that, it was slow and steady with a 2 to 3 week stall every two months or so.  The last 3 pounds on my ticker may never come off.  My goal weight was an estimate and I'm happy where I am now.

For what it's worth, it took about 3 months for the "lifestyle" part of FTS to really sink in.  Once you really come to terms with this being forever, the rate of weight loss isn't a factor anymore.  I feel great, can keep up with the grandkids and shopping for size 8s is just gravy.

Hi Thinisin! :)

Andrea's so right!... Healing our bodies and getting healthy are the primary goals.
After a time, you'll see weight loss is a fringe benefit to the primary benefit of good health! :)

BTW, Andrea, kudos on your success! :) :) :) :)

I can attest that after living this lifestyle for two years, the rate of loss becomes very unimportant.
There are so many different factors that determine our rates, it doesn't make sense to be concerned.

Just follow the FTS rules, and you will reach your goal! ;D
