Sweet-N-Creamy Tuna Pasta
INGREDIENTS
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup cider vinegar
3 drops FAT TO SKINNY Zero Sweetener
2 teaspoons celery salt
4 cans of tuna (or chicken)
1 tablespoon chopped white onion
6 peeled and chopped hard boiled eggs
3 packages shirataki tofu spaghetti
cracked pepper
Whisk together 1cup Mayonnaise, ½ cup Cider Vinegar, 2tsp celery Salt and sweetener add 4 cans drained Tuna Fish (or canned Chicken) 6 peeled roughly chopped hard boiled eggs and one tablespoon chopped onion, mix all ingredients well with a large spoon and set aside. Drain three packages of the Tofu Shirataki Spaghetti in colander, rinse very well and let drip dry, use kitchen sheers to cut the long noodles into one inch sections and add noodles to tuna mixture, incorporate well. Add cracked pepper to taste. This recipe will feed 8 people and is great to take to a BBQ. Make ahead and let set in the fridge overnight. The flavors are much better the next day.
