Love it... I'll try that tomorrow when there are cream cakes flying about my office! There's a birthday girl in the office and that means cake, it's not mine thankfully! Otherwise I'd HAVE to eat a bit.

We got lots of cake recipes MRSF here on the forum and in The Fat to Skinny Bakery book.That is my specialty ;)
