Has anyone ever done this or similar?
« on: July 02, 2013, 02:43:04 AM »
I had a cheese stick because I was very hungry tonight watching TV before bed (in my bed).  So, still hungry and having a sweet tooth, I squirted a bunch of Land "O Lakes sugar free whipped cream in my mouth like a ravenous animal! LOL....I need to get a grip!  My husband thought I was nuts!  He says, "What are you doing?"  LOL!!! I think I should go make a one minute muffin.  Doing this must be too many calories!!!

;D ;D  Too funny  I can't say that I have done that but my kids have Haha   It's tempting sometimes though.  The one minute muffin would probably be better for you  ;)

Umpa's right, Marian! :)

Counting carbs and calories will make your FTS journey much more difficult with slower progress.

In fact, many here (including myself) have found that sometimes increasing fat intake will increase progress.
That blows the "calorie counting" theories to heck! ;)

Yes Tony. When we do FTS we could be eating very high calories but that doesn't matter does it? I love butter, coconut oil, olive oil and fatty meat (saturated fat). I have to take digestive enzymes because I don't have my gall bladder.

Maidmarian,  don't let calories worry if your doing well in following fts lifestyle to the letter! Believe me,  you can do it.
