Week 12

So, I am trying hard to keep myself accountable on this forum. I read Scott's post earlier and though I don't know if I am disciplined enough to commit to once a week, I am definitely posting more regularly. I finally got my picture up so you all can put a face to the name.  :) I am starting week twelve tomorrow and  I am down 45 pounds so far.  Life is great and getting better by the day. I will keep posting.

By the way....great picture.  It's always nice to have a face with the name  :)

Good job Chella!  You are definitely headed in the right direction, and that's what counts.  There will be weeks where you don't lose as much as you think you should based on your effort that week, but the important thing is that you keep making progress.  We're watching your progress, so keep up the great work!

Always nice to put a face to a picture.  Look forward to reading your posts.  Posting is the one thing that keeps me on track, knowing I can get advice, vent or a shoulder to sob on.
