Flax Seed Meal / Flour?

Shawn is so right!!!... Labels are the little protection we have against unwanted carbs.
And since food companies will change their recipes, always watch those labels.

BTW, I buy my golden flax meal with 0 net carbs at Costco.
Large 3 pound bags are priced reasonably.

Unfortunately we don't have a Costco close to us....just a Sam's club but they don't have any there    I like to get mine at Walmart.  You will find it in the cereal isle instead of with the flours

I have made the same mistake I am  a label nazi! Nothing goes in my cart that I don't read the labels
