Weeks 29 & 30 saw a -1 and -2 loss bringing me down to 207 (wobbly on the scales but it held  ;) ).  Then off to holidays on Weeks 31, 32 & 33, where you all know I 'defaulted'.  And now for my shameful secret - when I weighed in on the next morning after I got back I had gained  :( :'( 16lbs.  OMGosh, I didn't want to admit that to anyone.  I didn't think I had done that badly while away, but it goes to show the hidden sugars in foods you are not aware of.

Nevertheless, I was home and back on track (doing detox, not as easy as the first time, but still not as bad as I thought it might be -stomach cramps being the worst of the lot - owie).  Three days later I had lost 4lbs (Week 34) - so thinking I had been carrying some fluid.  Week 35 saw -3 and Week 36 another -3.  So of the 16 I put on I have taken off 10 in basically 2 weeks which makes me feel a bit better.  But its a 'pip' to have to take off weight that was already off.

So settling back into the lifestyle I am growing acustomed to. I will see my goal out regardless of how long it takes.  See you all there when I get there  :D

Good job getting back on track Morgan! I did the same thing when I was moose hunting for 2 weeks. I was eating clean in camp, but eating canned stews and baked beans on the trail. It adds up in a hurry. I lost it all back in two weeks at home, but it was a real eye opener.

You are doing so well, Morgan.  You know what to do and have the patience to stick with it.

Hang in there.
