:D So I'm checking again to see if my ticker works...

So in the middle of the night I woke up, and I was thinking about how proud I am of myself
for choosing such a great dinner last night....then I thought to myself "did I ask for DIET tonic water?"

I texted my sister early this morning and said...do you think that tonic had sugar? And she said, "oh yes, I forgot to tell you, I asked before
you came and they only have regular tonic!!!!"    Augh!!!!!!  How bad did I blow it?

No wonder it was sooooo good...it was loaded with sugar.  Darn it. Well live and learn.  I won't make that mistake again  :-\
Having a good day today although I feel really hungry...trying to find something "fun" to eat for a snack, please send any ideas my way.
Thank you!  8)

Isn't it amazing how 6-8 teaspoons of sugar "snuck" right in :) Diet tonic water is very good and I usually order it with a bit of lemon when I'm in a social drinking situation. Now, lets talk about you feeling hungry and not knowing what to eat.

SNACK TRAYS....SNACK TRAYS.....SNACK TRAYS....
I can't emphasize enough how important they are to your success. I want them at eye level in the fridge so when you get the urge you simply open the door and eat a chicken wing, or a deviled egg, or a ham and cheese roll up with a red pepper slice in the middle or foods from many other snack trays I advise in my books. This protein shot will fill you quickly and last for hours without over eating. On the road I always have almonds and beef jerky in my briefcase.
