Hi. i was looking around the web for recipes for spaghetti. and i came across this pasta. Dream Field. It clams it has only 5 carbs. I don't really get it could some one check it out and let me know please?? Is this true???

Hi Mariairam    I honestly don't believe their claims.  So many people that test their blood sugar say that it gives them a spike.  Personally it spikes mine just as much as regular pasta.     That tells me it has too many carbs.

I hate the companies out there who prey on carbaholics  Stay away from Dreamfields, use the various replacements like Spaghetti Squash, Konjac noodles, Julianne zucchini or shredded cabbage for our Italian fix
