The other day I took my girls to our favorite local taco place.  They all ordered and I sat with them, watching them eat...I went back to the counter, said I had changed my mind and asked for a taco minus the tortilla...they were more than happy to do it, put all of the ingredients in a styrofoam box and I ate it with a fork, it was fantastic and I didn't feel a bit deprived!

This is the first time in ages I don't have that deprived feeling. I LOVE being able to have all the "guts" without the breading...best part!

cool sis! that reminds me we have an AwEsOmE hot dog joint in my old little town where I would get
a mushy drippin chili cheezy deli relish oniony lovin' diggity dog everytime i go there....
i remember once when i was there chowing down with my kiddos, a really skinny lady walked in and
ordered one without the bun and left....at the time i thought she was silly but obviously she knew something
to be so thin and still eat that yo drippity yummy dog... 
 :o ...well anyway, now we all know what I am going to do the next time I go back there! can't wait! woo! hoo!

Take your own tortillas or if you want crunch take romaine leaves to put your taco in.Kids love it!
